Ljiljana Maletin’s work always explores issues regarding women art, visual art, self-images, identity, differences, similarities, cultural integration and trans-disciplinarily. Project she is planning to develop at Konstepidemin residency will be the last part of her Scandinavian project, which started in Iceland and continued in Norway and Finland.During her stay at Sweden, she is going to establish links with female art scene at Göteborg and create collaborative project that explores women identity and interaction between women, art and culture. At Konstepidemin residency she will be working on conceptual art book based on sociology, cultural and gender cross-disciplinary research. Her project will be consisting of different documents, narrative situations and visual materials.
Results of the project will be published during residency period at artist’ s blog and group created on Facebook.
