Short bio:
Founder member of Roy Hart Theatre in London 1969 and Roy Hart Centre France 1975. Involved in the creation of most of its productions, most importantly: Played ‘Pagliacco’ and scenic design for the opera ‘Pagliacci’, O.B.I.E. winner, New York, 1985; set design and Ahab in ‘Moby Dick’, Prix Jean Vilar, Printemps des Comédiens, Montpellier, 1988; played Jack in ‘And Mary Wept’ for Archipelago Theatre, Durham, North Carolina (Best Supporting Actor 2003 ©honourable mention); the opera ‘Wittgenstein and the Soprano’; ‘Generation’ and currently ‘ZAUBER’. Co-director of the SCI Fondation de Malérargues. Author of ‘Roy Hart Theatre at Malérargues’. Director of Companie imagi_nation.
