Manon West was born in 1999 in Ireland. She received her Honors BA in Contemporary Art at Atlantic Technological University in 2022. She works in multiple mediums, with an interest in figurative painting and narrative driven work. Her personal environment is a central theme in her work. The effect of environment- social, natural and historical- on self, individuals and communities are areas of interest.

Recent 2025 Exhibitions include: Bloodroot | Lá Fhéile Bríde | Celebrating the Poetry of Annemarie Ní Churreáin, Pulchri Studio, the Hague 2025, ‘Beyond the Prize’ and ‘Royal British Artist Society Exhibition 2025 at Mall Galleries, London, London Art Biennale 2025, Notre Dame Kylemore ‘Threshold’ Festival, Ireland, Invited Artist at The Ballinglen Arts Foundation and Museum of Art Second Biennial Exhibition, Dublin Sketching and Painting club 147th Annual Non-Members Exhibition, where she was invited to membership, and ‘Art from the Wild West’, Kunstcentrum De Kolk, Amsterdam.
Last year she attended the Notre Dame MFA Artist Residency in Kylemore, Ireland, and Hakoniemi Artist Residency, Finland, and is beginning 2026 at NES Artist Residency, Iceland.
