Here you can submit text and images for your public event.

Important!

Start by reading through the entire form below for information about the different texts we need. Please note that it is not possible to save your progress, so you need to upload all materials at the same time. Therefore, write the texts in a separate document and then copy them over to the form.

The texts may need to be edited, and the images may need to be cropped to fit in Konstepidemin’s communication channels.

Image Format

High-resolution images in JPG or PNG format, at least 1500 pixels wide.
1–5 images. Indicate which one is the “main image” (as the front image for your event in the website calendar, for example). Preferably landscape format.

Do you need to register for the event? Add the information here, including the maximum number of participants if applicable, email or link for registration + the registration deadline.

Accepted file types: jpg, jpeg, png, gif.

Used as the main image for the Konstepidemin calendar and on social media. It may be cropped depending on the format.
