Husette is the bistro in the blue house at Konstepidemin. Husette’s philosophy is rooted in local, seasonal ingredients, and they are inspired by cuisines from around the world. Their ambition is for the majority of the ingredients used, from sea and land, to grow and thrive in and around Västra Götaland.
