RESIDENTIAL FEES & PAYMENTS
Your monthly rent (stated in the e-mail you received) covers a studio space with kitchen, bedroom (or sleeping nook) and bathroom. Towels and beddings are provided in the studio. All the utilities are included in the monthly rent along with WI-FI, printing & copying. The studios have simple furnishings and include basic kitchen equipment.

Your first month’s rent must be paid before you arrive to Konstepidemin and each following rental payment is due by the end of each month. There is a 1.500 SEK security deposit on top of your first month’s rent. The security deposit is a one-time fee and will be refunded at the end of your residency after we assess the space for damages and check that you have fulfilled the cleaning instructions. The rental payments for your studio are non-refundable.

CANCELLATION RULES
If you decide to cancel your stay or check out from your studio earlier than agreed upon in the e-mail contact with Konstepidemin, you will need to inform the International coordinator at air@konstepidemin at least two-months in advance. If you fail to give us two months notice you will be charged the full studio rent. If you decide to check out from your studio earlier you still have to pay for the agreed period.

INSURANCE COVERAGE
Konstepidemins insurance does not cover guests from outside the Scandinavian countries. Therefore we recommend all our guest artists to obtain health and travel insurance before traveling outside your country.

OTHER
- You (or the artist/s hosted as part of your residency program in case of organisations) are responsible for your laundry and cleaning during your entire stay.
- You are responsible for leaving the studio in the same condition as you received it (cleaning etc.)
- You are responsible for acquiring your own art supplies.
- All of our studios have a strict non-smoking policy
- If you (or the artist/s hosted as part of your residency program in case of organisations) have an animal, you would have to communicate this before to reach an agreement concerning your stay.
- You are liable to pay for damage to property or loss of items belonging to the studio. 
- Studios are situated next to other studios, and sound from artists working may sometimes occur during late hours
