There are several performing arts contributors at Konstepidemin that are active to varying degrees at different times. Both newly started projects and groups with a long history of activity in the area. Here are some examples of active participants right now.

ADAS THEATER

ADAS Theater focuses on the dark and hidden sides of life to create light and meaning, with a special focus on women’s bodies and stories. They work with physical theater across various genres, from naturalism and magical realism to musicals and grotesque. Through their performances, they explore human vulnerability and societal limitations, believing that theater helps us face life’s difficulties, create joy, and build resilience.

BIG WIND

Big Wind is a touring theater group from Gothenburg with musicians, dancers, and actors. Since 1989, they have performed around 400 shows per year for 30-40,000 people, mainly children and youth across the country. The group combines dance, music, and theater and is part of the Network for Universal Performing Arts, promoting accessible and inclusive performing arts.

STUDIO EPIDEMIN

Studio Epidemin is the musicians’ studio. They have nearly a century of collective musical experience from stages and studios around the world. They do everything from mixing your home recording to creating a full professional production. The atmosphere and vibe are everything. Many studios have top-class equipment, but few have the charm and relaxed feeling that Epidemin has.
