• Dine-in kitchen with stove, oven, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, pots, utensils, plates, drinking glasses
• Bathroom with shower
• Studio work space with access to private balcony, working table, chair and couch
• Cleaning supplies, vacuum and cleansers
• Blankets, pillows, beddings and towels

On the top floor of the house there are also two guestrooms, which is rented out separately for lodging.
