Jonsson works with ceramics, painting, and sculpture, and her figurative works communicate with an everyday tone, while unexpected compositions and elements give a distinctive touch to the playful expression.
The pieces reference consumer culture and daily life, capturing memories around objects in our lives that we usually don’t reflect on. They present a presence—an embrace of uniqueness and personality, as well as an understanding that memories can be created from the smallest things.
