Textile designer Anna Vasko is a passionate searcher, designer and teacher constantly developing big projects, ahead of the present. Specializing in natural dyes and gathering knowledge and experience has been a 30 year long journey. Leading a sustainable way of life in a broad sense, including well being in life and work, passing on and modernizing traditions as well as creating qualitative textile solutions are key motivators.
Statement:
Art and life are processes, where nothing else is sure but change. I work with change, hoping it´s for the better – a more sustainable future. Accepting change is a challenge as we tend to want to create something larger than life… But only through this we give space for a random miracle – an innovation.
