Ljiljana Maletin Vojvodić is a writer, artist, and scholar based in Novi Sad, ECoC 2022. Her work covers literature and visual art. She has a Master’s degree in Literature and has written acclaimed novels, research books, and artist’s books. Her artistic journey takes her around the world, where she writes or exhibits in Serbia and internationally, and participates in artist-in-residence or research projects from Norway to Japan..
During her residency at Konstepidemin, she continues her project, “A Woman Artist’s Room of One’s Own” exploring the spaces where women create. From studios to libraries, she delves into how these spaces shape female artists’ identities, echoing Virginia Woolf’s idea of a “room of one’s own”.
