”My base is evolved in figurative painting. Solitary compositions. In relation to this and in some sense in opposition to this I have developed pattern repeated works. Many of these are printed on textile material or transformed into works on paper, ceramic tiles etc. Both painting and pattern-repeated works are figurative and charged with narrative/associative values. ”

Educated at Valands Konsthögsskola, Gothenburg and Hochschule der Künste, Berlin. Works and lives in Stockholm. Is part of the constellation BU, which stands for (Helene) Billgren and (Stefan) Uhlinder. We make productions/exhibitions and even single artworks together.
